If your keys duplicate does not work properly, you may request for a replacement within our 7-days warranty period.
The company reserves the right to alter / adjust the duplicate keys and pledges to give a full refund after 3 attempts of unsuccessful replacement.
Please produce a valid receipt as a proof of purchase in order for refunds to be processed.
